AI & LLM Automation Intern

Talenteo.com is an HR and payroll SaaS startup transforming how SMBs and mid-sized companies manage their people across Africa.

We’re looking for a junior developer or fresh engineering graduate passionate about automation, no-code tools, and AI to help automate our internal workflows (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance…).

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Identify repetitive tasks and automation opportunities
• Build and deploy automation workflows using N8N, APIs, and LLMs (like GPT)
• Collaborate with multiple teams and understand their operational needs
• Document your workflows and suggest improvements
• Work directly with the CEO on real, high-impact projects

👀 What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh engineering graduate or junior tech profile
• Curious, analytical, and autonomous
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in automation, simplicity, and problem-solving
• Curiosity about this tech stack and tools: N8N, GPT, Notion...
• Beginner-level scripting or coding
