✈️ WE ARE HIRING | STATION SUPERVISOR – SÉTIF

Swissport Algeria is looking for a Station Supervisor to join our team in Sétif.

The Station Supervisor will support the smooth and efficient running of station activities, supervise teams, monitor performance, and ensure that operations are conducted in line with Swissport standards and procedures.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the station team on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure the smooth execution of operational activities and the delivery of high-quality services
• Allocate tasks and resources according to operational requirements
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
• Promote a strong culture of safety, discipline, teamwork and customer service
• Address operational issues and escalate matters when required
• Monitor key operational indicators and support the achievement of station objectives
• Ensure effective communication between employees, management and relevant stakeholders
• Support the implementation of operational improvements and corrective actions
• Coach and support team members to enhance performance and engagement
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and quality requirements at all times

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a supervisory or management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate and motivate teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in both French and English – mandatory
• Must be currently residing in Sétif – mandatory
• Proactive, reliable and results-oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to operational excellence
