We are seeking a Team Leader to supervise promoters and sales staff in the mobile phone retail business.

The role ensures daily sales targets are achieved, customer service standards are maintained, and store operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales promoters and retail staff.

• Monitor daily sales performance and report to Regional Manager.

• Implement promotions, campaigns, and upselling strategies.

• Ensure store standards (merchandising, cleanliness, stock availability).

• Track inventory and coordinate with logistics for replenishment.

• Evaluate staff performance and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in retail/mobile phone sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

• Knowledge of mobile phone market trends and customer preferences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Must own a motorcycle or vehicle for store visits and team supervision.
