We are seeking an HR Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for motivated graduates or early career professionals who want to grow in a stimulating environment and contribute to the company’s HR development.
Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure administrative follow-up of staff and update personnel files.
Handle CNAS and labor office declarations and compliance.
Participate in organizing and monitoring training activities.
Support managers on HR-related matters.
Contribute to employee relations and workplace climate.
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures.
Bachelor’s degree (Licence LMD, Bac+3, Master 1, or Bac+4) in Human Resources or related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR or administration.
Knowledge of HR software and IT tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
Proficiency in English, French.
