IT Business Partner

Main responsibilities:

• Be the central contact between the business (i.e., CXOs and management) and the IT organization
• Become a trusted advisor of the business’ management
• Understand business needs, objectives and strategy and derive IT demands
• Be a trusted advocate of the business within the IT organization
• Identify and promote IT solutions that help the business to better achieve their targets with an overallunderstanding of the IT portfolio
• Oversee IT projects and IT services of the respective business
• Jointly rate service quality with the customer to continuously improve IT services
• Communicate relevant information from and for the respective business
• Provide guidance and support business on resolving conflicts or issues

Candidate profile:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s or Engineering degree equivalent)
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in English and French
