The MarCom Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to the business, driving marketing and communication initiatives that support growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement. The role aligns local business priorities with Schneider Electric’s global marketing strategy.
Partner with business leaders to define and execute MarCom plans.
Lead marketing and communication campaigns to support sales and business growth.
Manage go-to-market activities, events, and digital campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with SE standards.
Track campaign performance and optimize impact.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong business partnering and project management skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and French.
