Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager – Multi Segments is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts across multiple market segments. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with Schneider Electric’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts across different segments (e.g. Energy, Industry, Infrastructure, Buildings).

• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial negotiations.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, supply chain) to deliver tailored solutions.

• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with Schneider Electric standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, preferably in energy management, electrical, or industrial solutions.

• Proven experience managing complex accounts across multiple segments.

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English and French
