This position will be part of our global demand planning operations.
Be part of an exciting opportunity to shape and optimize our sales forecasting processes across multiple business lines and regions.
What will you do:
Lead collaborative sales forecasting processes across multi-country regions, analyzing and consolidating demand plans for various product lines
Drive continuous improvement in monthly cross-functional forecasting processes, ensuring consistent demand planning from 0-24 months
Partner with key customers, front office, and countries to develop and validate comprehensive sales forecasts
Provide unconstrained demand insights to supply planners while maintaining forecast accuracy
Analyze internal demand patterns and align sales/marketing intelligence across operating units
What will make you successful:
Proven track record in demand planning and sales forecasting within manufacturing environments
Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in statistical forecasting and demand pattern analysis
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Deep understanding of sales and operations planning processes
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-regional planning initiatives
