Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mobile phone and Accessories industry and possess excellent communication skills in English (if not we can see ). Owning a car is essential for this role, as it involves frequent travel to various sales locations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on new TECNO models, focusing on technical specs, unique selling points (USPs), and competitive advantages.
Sales Coaching: Train the sales team on effective selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Field Training: Visit various retail locations and showrooms to provide on-the-ground coaching and ensure brand standards are met.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide the sales team with "battle cards" and comparison insights.
Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Manager regarding training progress, team competency levels, and field feedback.
Requirements
Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Trainer, Team Lead, or Senior Sales person within the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English is preferred (Candidates with deep mobile industry experience but limited English may be considered).
Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a classroom or field team.
Tech-Savvy: A passion for mobile technology and the ability to explain complex features in simple, "sellable" terms.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ownership of a car are essential for travel between sales points.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint is crucial for creating training decks) and Excel for tracking results.
Organization: Strong time-management skills to balance office-based planning with field-based execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience specifically within the Algerian mobile market.
Fluency in Arabic and French; English is a strong advantage.
