The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to final selection. The role ensures hiring needs are met efficiently while maintaining a strong employer brand.

Key responsibilities :

• Identify hiring needs and create job postings.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.

• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage the selection, offer, and onboarding process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Build strong relationships with universities, agencies, and talent pools.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).

• Strong communication and interviewing skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in English and MS Office; ATS is a plus.
