Description :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to final selection. The role ensures hiring needs are met efficiently while maintaining a strong employer brand.
Key responsibilities :
Identify hiring needs and create job postings.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the selection, offer, and onboarding process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build strong relationships with universities, agencies, and talent pools.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
Strong communication and interviewing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English and MS Office; ATS is a plus.
