Today, we are looking for a Retail Manager to join our Infinix team and lead the performance and development of our retail operations.

Your Mission

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing retail operations, and ensuring excellence across all retail branches.

You will play a key role in translating business strategy into strong market execution while leading teams, optimizing operations, and strengthening Infinix’s retail presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Strategy & Performance Management

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets. Monitor KPIs related to sales performance, profitability, and market share while identifying opportunities for growth.

Retail Operations Management

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across retail branches, maintaining high operational standards and delivering a strong customer experience.

Stock & Inventory Coordination

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient inventory management.

Team Leadership & Performance Development

Set performance objectives, monitor team progress, and conduct regular performance reviews to drive productivity and accountability.

Market Monitoring & Competitive Analysis

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches to support business decisions and strengthen market positioning.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the mobile or telecom industry

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment

• Good command of English is a plus
