3. Key job responsibilities:
· Welcomes customers
· Screen telephone calls
· Organize the manager's schedule
· Write internal communication documents (reports, minutes, notes, etc.)
· Process information (collect, file and update)
· Ensure the transmission of information internally and externally (decisions, notes, etc.)
· Ensure the administrative management of the various contracts
· Organize business trips
· Prepare and organize meetings
· Entering digital documents
· Handle administrative mail
Experience & Qualifications
· - Bachelor's degree or higher in law economic or other specialities
· - Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
· - Mastery of computer tools, MS office
· - Fluency in French and English required
· - Good interpersonal skills and ability to cope with stress
· - Driving license
