Sales Supervisor (English Speaker)

We are a major market player in hardware tools, paints, and adhesives. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Supervisor to lead, inspire, and manage our sales and field marketing teams on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise commercial and marketing teams in the field, ensuring daily activities align with company objectives.

• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance to ensure targets are met.

• Execute the marketing and sales action plans.

• Provide continuous training, support, and motivation to the team to optimize their performance.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and wholesalers.

• Ensure detailed and accurate reporting of field activities.

Profile Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or higher in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience of 2–3 years in a similar role, ideally in distribution.

• Fluent English is required.

• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally.

• Residence in one of the following cities: Algiers,Oran, Blida or Sétif.

• Dynamic, autonomous personality with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
