What You’ll Do:
✅ Digital Marketing & Sales Synergy:

• Execute campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM) and analyze performance to drive ROI.
• Support sales teams with CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce), lead tracking, and client follow-ups.
• Create sales collateral and pitch decks that convert prospects into loyal clients.

✅ Communication & Brand Storytelling:

• Craft compelling internal/external communications (emails, newsletters, press releases).
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels and elevate our PR efforts.
• Design visually stunning presentations and reports for stakeholders.

✅ Creative Design Leadership:

• Develop marketing materials (brochures, social media graphics, ads) using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure visuals align with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Brainstorm innovative design concepts that captivate audiences.

✅ Operational Backbone:

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and workflows for leadership.
• Juggle multiple projects with precision, ensuring deadlines are met and teams stay aligned.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Manager Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role with a portfolio showcasing digital marketing, sales support, communication, and design work.
✔️ Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
✔️ Killer communication skills in [English/French/Arabic]—you can write a press release and design the infographic that accompanies it.
✔️ A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves wearing many hats.
✔️ Flexibility to work onsite in Alger or hybrid, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
