We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Khemis El Khechna, Boumerdès, Algeria.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be working in the chemical industry, promoting and selling our chemical products and solutions to clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s customer base
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to design and implement effective sales strategies
Provide customers with product information and technical support to ensure their needs are met efficiently
Prepare and present sales presentations, commercial offers, and contracts to clients
Monitor and report sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support
Coordinate with internal teams to manage order processing, delivery, and invoicing
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3 / LMD) or higher in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
1–2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Good understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Fluency in French and English
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel locally when required
