Responsibilities:

• Lead the purchasing strategy for all construction projects.

• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Identify and select the best suppliers based on quality, cost, time, and innovation criteria.

• Monitor and analyze supplier performance and ensure cost optimization.

• Work closely with project teams to ensure efficient procurement management.

• Keep track of market trends and technological advancements.

• Manage a team of buyers and coordinate sourcing actions.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in purchasing, ideally within the construction sector, with strong exposure to SAP software in a purchasing management environment.

• Education : Civil Engineer

• Strong expertise in procurement management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

• Proficient in purchasing software and tools.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

• Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written).

• Leadership skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
