Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Blida, Algeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, key account management, and customer service, with 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. This position is suitable for someone with a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (Bac + 4) and who is looking for a permanent contract in a managerial position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
• Manage and maintain key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support to key clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team
