Field Service Engineer (FSE) – Reciprocating Compressors

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site interventions for maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of reciprocating compressors.

• Conduct site surveys to assess unit condition and prepare technical evaluations.

• Carry out material checks, data collection, and review of previous intervention reports.

• Identify required spare parts and materials for upcoming maintenance activities.

• Participate in the planning and preparation of outages, ensuring all special requirements are met.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards during field operations.

Profile Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent technical background.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with reciprocating compressors, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and measurement systems.

• Good command of technical English (reading and report writing).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ability to work effectively on site within a team environment.
