A Snapshot of Your Day As a Key Account Manager for Mobile, Tablets & IoT, you will drive sales growth by building strong relationships with key accounts, executing strategic sales plans, and leveraging market insights to maximize the Organisation's market share in Algeria’s consumer electronics sector.
How Will You Make an Impact?
Precision Order Management: End-to-End Coordination Oversee the full sales order lifecycle, from initial entry into the ERP system to final fulfillment, ensuring 100% accuracy in product details, pricing, and quantities.
Export Operations & Logistics
Global Supply Chain Tracking: Proactively monitor international shipments and logistics milestones to ensure compliance with delivery lead times.
Incoterm Expertise: Manage shipping schedules and coordination in accordance with specific Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) to minimize risk and shipping costs.
Document Control & Compliance
Monitor and check essential export documentation,
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all documentation meets the specific customs requirements of the destination country to prevent costly delays or border rejections.
Financial & Payment Follow-up
Revenue Protection: Monitor accounts receivable and track payment milestones (e.g., Down payments, Letters of Credit, or Net terms).
Dispute Resolution: Proactively engage with clients regarding overdue invoices, providing necessary documentation to expedite the payment process and maintain healthy cash flow.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for mobile.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide actionable insights.
Lead negotiations on commercial agreements, including pricing, credit terms, and promotions.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts to support stock and resource planning.
What Will You Need?
2-5 Years of operation experience in international trade, banking, (experience highly preferred “COMEX”.)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International trade, or a related field.
Excellent on Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English
Strong communication and reporting skills
