Job Purpose:

Ensure seamless coordination between factories, headquarters, and external partners to maintain Samsung’s quality standards and operational efficiency in Semi-Knock-Down (SKD) and Completely Knocked Down (CKD) manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordination & Communication:
    • Participates in efficient line management by training and managing manpower
    • Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing facilities, HQ teams, and external partners.
    • Facilitate clear communication of quality standards, production schedules, and compliance requirements.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor SKD/CKD manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to Samsung’s quality benchmarks.
    • Conduct regular audits and collaborate with QA teams to address deviations.
  3. Process Optimization:
    • Prepares effective evaluation of resources to achieve goals.
    • Performs identification of problems on site, cause analysis of problems, and improvement to stabilize quality.
    • Performs identification of unreasonable problems and improvement activities.
  4. Compliance & Standards:
    • Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with Samsung’s global standards and local regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  5. Issue Resolution:
    • Lead root-cause analysis for quality or delivery issues and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing Field, preferably in SKD/CKD or electronics industries.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and French are a plus
  • Technical Skills:
    • Must be system-oriented as well as computer-literate and an advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP).

  • Experience in global supply chain management or multinational manufacturing environments.
