CENSUS FIELD MANAGER DESCRIPTION

A Census Field manager oversees, supervises, and evaluates employees in the field. And must work in the field and in the office.

Responsibilities for Census Field Manager

Train the field team and supervisors

Create fieldwork planning for the field team

Ensure adherence to procedures, fieldwork processes, and methodology

Plan, organize, and manage activities of field team

Make sure each field employee is on site and performs properly the work.

Supervise field staff to ensure quality of collected data.

Ability to travel in all Algeria's wilayas

Requested qualifications for Census Field Manager

Graduate's Degree in business, or Market research

Minimum 02 years of fieldwork experience in market research

Good skill of English
