ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately maintaining our company's financial records, including recording all day-to-day financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise financial records by recording day-to-day transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accuracy.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports by providing accurate data on accounts payable, receivables, and other transactional activities.

• Complete the posting process for all financial transactions and perform checks to maintain data integrity.

• Liaise with remote teams abroad to gather necessary financial documentation and resolve discrepancies.

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Solid understanding of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles for payables and receivables.

• Proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel.

• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records accurately.

• Exceptional accuracy and a high degree of attention to detail.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
