We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Reghaïa, Daïra Rouiba, Algiers, Algeria. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or administrative support and be eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to candidates ranging from recent graduates to experienced professionals and team leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone and in-person to promote and sell products or services effectively.

• Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Assist in administrative tasks related to sales operations and customer follow-ups.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Exigences:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software or CRM tools.

• University-level education without necessarily holding a diploma is acceptable.

• Flexibility and willingness to learn in a pre-employment contract setting.
