We’re on a mission to revolutionize the Algerian e-commerce ecosystem, and we’re looking for a passionate, dynamic individual to join us as our Commercial Manager/Director.

Role Overview

As a key player in the team, you will lead the commercial side of our company. Your primary goal will be to acquire new clients and onboard online sellers to our services. You’ll also oversee operations, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless resolution of claims and issues.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development by identifying and securing new clients.
  • Approach potential clients in person and conduct online prospecting.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and "devis" to formalize agreements.
  • Manage the operational aspects, including handling claims, resolving disputes, and validating online sellers.
  • Work closely with our team to improve and expand our service offerings.
  • Provide innovative ideas to enhance our customer experience and service reach.
  • Represent PayPart with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, commerce, or business development, preferably in e-commerce or technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends and challenges, especially in Algeria.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems under tight deadlines.
  • Physical mobility to meet clients (having a bike is a big plus).
  • High level of motivation, adaptability, and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
