Senior Expert Tibco and SOA Domain

CONTEXT

Ensure the smooth operation and evolution of the Ooredoo Algeria ESB platform according to the needs of internal and external customers

RESPONSABILITIES OF THE POSTE

• Support the Ooredoo team in the design of solutions according to the business needs expressed by the clients of the platform.

• Ensure new developments of designed flows.

• Develop all connectivity with new APIs.

• Performance monitoring & Development optimization

• Support the Ooredoo team in UAT testing to detect and resolve anomalies.

• Prepare packages and configuration of new developments to put in production.

• Support the Ooredoo team in the post-production testing of any new development on the platform.

• Investigate and resolve any anomalies on the platform (functional and technical).

• Ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge to the Ooredoo team.

• Expert of the Administration & monitoring Tibco application tools

• Strong experience on installation, development, deployment and testing in integration projects using TIBCO

• Strong development experience in TIBCO Designer.

• Experience of having worked in multiple entreprise scale TIBCO Integration projects.

• Ability to drive/provide architectural governance (architecture review/health checks, defining and implementing best practices architecture and solution design)

• Ability to provide direction to senior and junior members of the development team and support them on encountred issues.

• Ability to investigate, fix problems on Production and propose improvement solutions

• Ability to provide timely reporting as required by Management

 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Skills

•   Mastery of the TIBCO product (all the components installed in the ESB of Ooredoo Algeria)

• Good knowledge of JAVA language

•   Strong experience on JMS, JDBC, File, Rest/JSON, SOAP, HTTP/s, and other integration protocols.

• Strong experience with TIBCO Components (TIBCO BW 5.x, EMS, HAWK, Administrator, Process Monitor).

• Good knowledge of SOA and Web Services concepts

• Good knowledge of telecoms

• Knowledge of Ooredoo Algeria's IS systems (BSCS, CS, VOMS, CRM, USSD ...)

• Functional and technical mastery of ESB Ooredoo Algeria platform.

Qualifications

BAC + 5 in computer science

Minimum 5 years experiences on Tibco and SOA domain.
