Responsable Planning Et Logistique

We are seeking an experienced Material Planning Specialist to strengthen our team.

This role involves managing and coordinating logistical data during the transition to production, maintaining close communication with factories and partner departments. You will be responsible for preparing and integrating essential data (Purchasing, Quality, Packaging, Distribution) and streamlining tools used in data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and integrate all logistical data necessary for production (Purchasing, Quality, Packaging, Distribution).
• Maintain ongoing communication with the factory and partner departments to identify and retrieve missing data (manage blockages, lead meetings, escalate issues when needed).
• Simplify and standardize Excel and Access tools used in data migration, including identifying needs, development, creating user guides, and ensuring daily management of these tools.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (including VBA) and autonomous use of Access.
• Strong meeting facilitation and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow up with partners and take initiative.
• Understanding of general principles of Automotive Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in English.
