Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Blender Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the 3D modeling, visualization, and documentation of products, ensuring they are both functional and manufacturable. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and make a tangible impact on product development.

Key Responsibilities:

● 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models and assemblies using Blender, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

● Product Presentation: Render high-quality images for presentation and marketing materials, and create animations to showcase products to clients and stakeholders.

● Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, part lists, and technical drawings.

● Material and Process Selection: Identify appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for product designs, considering functional and aesthetic requirements.

● DFM Understanding: Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to optimize designs for efficient production.

● Feedback Integration: Collaborate with clients and team members to incorporate feedback and refine designs.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Design or Product Design.

● Advanced proficiency in Blender and other CAD software.

● Experience with creating organic forms and soft goods is preferred.

● Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus.

● Strong understanding of DFM principles and material selection processes.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration.
