📍 Location: Les Grands Vents, Ouled Fayet
💰 Salary: 50,000 DZD/month + commissions
🌍 Languages: Fluent French required (additional languages are a strong advantage)
About Medikaray Clinic
Medikaray is a medical tourism clinic based in Istanbul, specializing in dental treatments and aesthetic procedures for international patients. We provide international patients with complete support, from treatment planning to travel arrangements and post-treatment follow-up.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with French-speaking patients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and pricing clearly to potential patients
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
Maintain smooth communication between patients and the clinic team
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after treatment
Requirements:
Previous experience in medical tourism in Turkey is mandatory
Fluent in French (spoken and written)
Strong communication and sales skills
Professional and organized
Ability to manage international patients efficiently
Knowledge of English, Arabic, or any additional language is a plus
What We Offer:
Fixed salary of 50,000 DZD/month
