The Executive Housekeeper at Marriott Algiers has overall responsibility for all aspects of cleanliness in the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas. Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised and a fantastic team leader!
As Executive Housekeeper key aspects of your role will include:
- Recruit and retain the best talent on the market
- Design and implement the hotel’s housekeeping policies, standards and procedures
- Devise steps of service and train all staff accordingly
- Develop teamwork throughout your team
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of guestroom supplies, cleaning supplies and uniform
- Maintain brand standards and adherence to look books
- Emphasise the importance of guest satisfaction and the role your team plays in this to all team members
- Understand the impact of the department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives, and manage to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
- Work in collaboration with all heads of departments to prioritise the overall success of the hotel
- Be a Marriott brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
