Marketing Coordinator

We work with top-tier influencers to create impactful campaigns for our clients. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and automation tools. You should be fluent in English, with experience in CRMs and outreach automation. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Identify, scrape, and clean influencer leads across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up communication

2. Onboarding & Coordination:

• Ensure clients ship products to influencers promptly.
• Set up affiliate accounts and provide influencers with all necessary information.
• Monitor automated messaging to ensure smooth onboarding and CRM flow.
• Respond to email inquiries professionally and efficiently.

3. Campaign Monitoring & Follow-Ups:

• Track influencer campaigns and ensure posts go live as scheduled.
• Communicate with influencers to address issues or delays in posting.
• Collaborate with influencers post-campaign to foster repeat partnerships.
• Provide guidance to influencers on improving campaign performance.

4. CRM Management:

• Maintain accurate records of influencer communications, campaign stages, and revenue data.
• Offer creative feedback to influencers to enhance promotional efforts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers for long-term collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive) and automation tools (e.g., Zapiers/N8N).
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and a passion for relationship building.
