Research and Development Manager

We are a cosmetics manufacturing laboratory located in Algiers, Algeria, and are seeking a Research and Development Manager specializing in cosmetics.

Job Description:

The Research & Development Manager position is a full-time role involving the supervision and coordination of research and development activities aimed at developing innovative products and improving existing products in the cosmetics sector.

Qualifications and Profile:

• R&D Skills: Strong knowledge of cosmetic product development and scientific methodologies applied to the cosmetics or related sectors.

• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and supervising complex development projects.

• Relevant degree in chemistry, biology, process engineering, or a related field, and proven professional experience in similar roles.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations would be a significant asset.

Experience:

Proven experience in the development of cosmetic products such as sprays, sticks, gels, and roll-ons, as well as personal hygiene products such as shampoos, shower gels, creams, etc.
