Full-Time Remote Position – B2B Lead Generation Specialist
We are a remote sales and lead generation company working with international B2B clients.
We help companies find potential business customers, identify decision-makers, build lead lists and run outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email.
This role is not about paid ads, social media posting, graphic design or community management. The main focus is B2B prospecting, LinkedIn research, email outreach, and organized follow-up.
All operations are done in English, so good written English is required.
What We’re Looking For
We are hiring a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and outreach work.
You will work closely with the business development manager to research companies, find the right people, organize lead lists, and help manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
We are looking for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working online. Previous experience in lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, or sales support is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Research potential B2B companies in different industries and markets
Find the right decision-makers inside each company, such as founders, CEOs, sales managers, marketing managers, product managers, or partnership managers
Collect and organize lead information, including company website, LinkedIn page, contact name, job title, LinkedIn profile, email, country, industry, and useful notes
Build and maintain clean lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM tools
Use LinkedIn to search for companies and prospects
Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Support email outreach campaigns
Help personalize short outreach messages based on the company or decision-maker
Track replies, follow-ups, and lead status
Keep lead data updated and organized
Report daily or weekly progress clearly
Work with the manager to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign results

Data scraping or enrichment tools
Slack or other communication tools
Training will be provided if needed, but you should already be comfortable using online tools and learning new systems.
Work Conditions
Full-time remote position
8 hours per day, with 1-hour break
Flexible start between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
Daily collaboration during the onboarding period
Training and clear instructions will be provided
After onboarding, work will be based on clear daily and weekly KPIs
Requirements
Good English reading and writing skills
Previous experience in lead generation, online research, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, or sales support
Ability to research companies and understand if they are relevant for B2B outreach
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, Google Sheets, and email tools
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable with daily tasks and reporting
Able to work remotely and independently
Able to follow instructions and ask questions when something is not clear

It is not a paid advertising role.

It is not a design role.
It is not a customer support-only role.
Your main work will be finding the right companies, finding the right people inside those companies, organizing the data, and supporting LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
Nice to Have
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRMs, or outreach tools
Experience working with international companies or agencies
Experience with B2B sales, appointment setting, or cold outreach
Basic understanding of sales funnels and outreach campaigns
