We’re Hiring: Human Resources Manager
📍 Location: Bechar

Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to grow in a dynamic and stimulating environment? Join our team!

We are looking for a competent, organized, and committed HR Manager, capable of effectively managing all HR processes and supporting our organizational growth.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify staffing needs in collaboration with various departments.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process: sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of recruitment procedures, particularly for ANEM agents.

2. Personnel Administration & Compliance

  • Manage administrative tasks: creation, update, and archiving of employee records.
  • Supervise social declarations (CNAS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor employment contracts (fixed-term, ANEM) and trial periods with rigor.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance and absence data, analyze anomalies, and initiate appropriate procedures (warnings, management of unjustified absences).
  • Ensure accurate and transparent data management for payroll preparation.

4. Discipline & Internal Procedure Enforcement

  • Ensure strict compliance with internal regulations and proper handling of disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve conflicts or personnel-related issues.

5. HR Activities Coordination & Leadership

  • Manage the HR team, ensuring effective task distribution.
  • Improve HR processes and encourage cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Serve as a key communication link between management and employees.

6. HR Quality Management & Development

  • Implement and monitor quality management systems within HR practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance HR service performance.
  • Propose initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR tools, especially KELIO & Biotime.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is a strong asset.
  • Good understanding of Algerian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent command of office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
