Technical Project Support – Join a High-Tech Defence Mission in Algeria!

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and following up with our customer in Algeria (Ministry of Defence) on a wide range of production-related topics, including electronics manufacturing, mechanical production, production planning, logistics coordination, and technical troubleshooting. You will also contribute to testing and quality assurance processes. In addition to technical responsibilities, the role includes general administrative tasks such as inventory counting and control, participation in meetings, and handling logistical operations including goods reception and shipments. The position is a temporarily full-time position, with the possibility for extension.

Your key responsibilities will be to provide technical support and follow-up in areas such as:

• Electronics and mechanical production

• Production and logistics planning

• Technical issue resolution

• Testing and quality assurance

And perform general administrative duties, such as:

• Inventory control and verification

• Meeting coordination and documentation

• Goods reception and shipment handling

Also, you will have to conduct interpretation and translation tasks as needed.

We would like for you to have most of these qualifications

• Experience in technical project support or production-related roles
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and logistics
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• Experience with interpretation and translation is a strong advantage
• Experience from or working with military organizations or departments is highly valued
• Free from national service
• Must have a clean criminal record and be eligible for security clearance
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for training purposes is required
