SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Join our Dynamic team as maintenance engineer you will be managing an assigned area or
team by planning, organizing, and follow up maintenance of the assets and property to
ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality.
This position will be reporting directly to the Maintenance and project Manager and will be
located in Freha .
Responsibilities:
• Ensure HSEQ compliance by following all internal and external health, safety,
environment, and quality requirements.
• Maintain and improve production capacity and quality through proactive and
effective maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and control maintenance execution by managing personnel, work
orders, and coordination with area owners according to procedures and quality
standards.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team (where applicable) through coaching,
guidance, and leadership to ensure a competent and engaged workforce.
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance, including service evaluation and
continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability by collaborating with operations,
conducting root cause analysis, and keeping maintenance systems and data up to
date.

• We are Looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Required 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Proficient in communicating in English Language (Both written and verbal).
