Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting professional to join our team in M'Sila, Algeria. This position is ideal for candidates ranging from fresh graduates to experienced professionals with up to 5 years of experience, holding qualifications from TS Bac +2 to Magistère Bac +7. The role offers a fixed-term contract (CDD or mission) and is open to various levels including interns, junior staff, and managers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Support the finance and accounting team in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Manage bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.

• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and documentation.

• Contribute to the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reports.

• Maintain organized financial records and assist in audits when required.

• Provide administrative and secretarial support related to finance and accounting activities.

Exigences:

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (TS Bac +2, Licence, Master 2, Ingéniorat, Bac +5, or Magistère Bac +7).

• Experience level ranging from no experience to 3-5 years in finance or accounting roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and bookkeeping practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
