We are expanding our technical team and looking for a passionate Computer Hardware Technician skilled in repair, diagnostics, and custom PC assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktop and laptop computers.

• Assemble and build customized PCs according to client requirements.

• Perform quality control and performance testing before delivery.

• Maintain service and diagnostic records through the company’s ERP/CRM system.

• Provide technical support and collaborate with sales and after-sales teams.

• Stay up to date with the latest hardware and gaming technologies.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Maintenance, Electronics, or related technical field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hardware repair or PC assembly.

• Strong knowledge of computer components and operating systems (Windows/Linux).

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Team player with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Passion for Gaming Hardware is a strong plus.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تشخيص الأعطال المادية (Hardware) وإصلاحها.

• تركيب وتجميع الحواسيب المكتبية حسب الطلب (PC sur mesure).

• اختبار الأداء وضمان الجودة قبل التسليم.

• إعداد تقارير التشخيص والصيانة باستخدام النظام الداخلي ERP / CRM.

• تقديم الدعم الفني والمشورة التقنية لفريق المبيعات وخدمة ما بعد البيع.

• متابعة التحديثات التقنية لأحدث المكونات والموديلات في السوق.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• شهادة تقني أو تقني سامٍ في الإعلام الآلي أو الإلكترونيات.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في الصيانة، التجميع أو الدعم التقني.

• معرفة متقدمة بمكونات الحاسوب وأنظمة التشغيل (Windows/Linux).

• مهارة تشخيص الأعطال بسرعة ودقة.

• القدرة على العمل في فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.

• اهتمام خاص بمجال Gaming Hardware يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
