🔹 Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Manager to oversee academic operations, lead teams, and ensure the achievement of both pedagogical and commercial objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise the teaching and administrative teams

Ensure strict implementation of pedagogical standards and academic quality

Develop, monitor, and improve foreign language teaching methodologies

Set, track, and achieve commercial targets (enrollments, revenue, growth)

Analyze performance indicators and implement corrective actions

Organize academic planning, schedules, and operational processes

Evaluate staff performance and ensure continuous professional development

Maintain discipline, accountability, and high performance within the team

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Contribute to the strategic development of study abroad programs

🔹 Requirements

Proven experience in management (minimum 3–5 years preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Demonstrated ability to achieve commercial and performance objectives

Solid expertise in foreign language pedagogy

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

🔹 Qualifications

Degree in education, languages, management, or related field

Experience in language centers or educational institutions is required

Experience in study abroad programs is an asset
