Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients and key stakeholders.

• Identify business opportunities and promote innovative financial and technological solutions tailored to banking needs.

• Conduct client visits, meetings, workshops, and executive presentations to understand customer challenges and propose value-driven solutions.

• Organize and participate in marketing events, industry forums, seminars, and product promotion activities to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams

• Manage account development plans, customer needs and business growth

• Monitor market trends, banking industry developments and identify new opportunities.

Profile We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

✔ Experience in corporate banking, retail banking, digital banking, banking solutions, financial technology, business development, account management, relationship management, or banking sales.

✔ Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, and banking technologies.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

✔ Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

✔ Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.

Educational Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
