About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Core Network Product Manager to drive business growth and support the successful deployment of advanced telecommunications solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in core network technologies with excellent customer engagement and business development skills to help operators achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Network Product & Solution Leadership

• Develop deep expertise in Huawei Core Network products, solutions, and industry trends.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing technical and business guidance on core network evolution and transformation strategies.

• Support solution design, product positioning, and competitive analysis to ensure optimal customer outcomes.

2. Business Development & Opportunity Management

• Engage with customers to identify business needs, develop opportunities, and influence investment planning.

• Work closely with sales teams to drive pipeline development, customer budgeting, and project acquisition.

• Contribute to achieving regional sales targets through proactive opportunity management and value-based solution promotion.

• Present innovative solutions and business cases to customer decision-makers and stakeholders.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer planning, engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.

• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal Huawei teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Support project delivery, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

• Strengthen Huawei's strategic partnership with customers through regular engagement and trusted collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Core Network technologies (EPC, IMS, 5GC, VoLTE, VoNR, Cloud Core, etc.).

• Experience in telecommunications, product management, pre-sales, solution management, or technical consulting.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and customer-facing environment.

• Fluency in English; French and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
