Responsibility Description :

  • Communicate with Mobile Operators/government/Enterprise/Channels/ telecommunications vendors give the safety/telecommunication solution
  • Keep abreast of changes in industry practices and emerging telecommunications technology by reviewing current literature, talking with colleagues, participating in educational programs, attending meetings or workshops, or participating in professional Organizations or conferences.
  • Consult with customer to identify business and technical requirements for proposed system modifications
  • Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources and make the strategic planning for the year

Profile :

  • Education Requirement : 4 years Bachelor degree or above
  • Years of Work Experience : 5+ years
  • Language skills : English and Frecnh : Fluent

Skill Requirement :

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PPT Good presentation skills

Professional Knowledge :

  • Telecommunications — Knowledge of wireless, microwave, broadcasting, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.
  • Customer satisfaction — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer solution and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. French is preferred
  • Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

  • Making Decisions— Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution for the short name of the customers
  • Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge — Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job to look for new opportunities
