Training Operations Coordinator (Algeria)

I. Job Responsibilities

• Act as the owner of training operations and implementation, managing all phases of training delivery for local customers in Algeria.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, including communication with customers, alignment with internal training teams, and trainer scheduling to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure high-quality training delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of the trainees’ learning experience.

• Manage procurement of local training materials (e.g., tea break supplies, notebooks, pens, USB drives) in coordination with suppliers.

• Understand and follow the responsibilities and evaluation standards of technical trainers.

• Implement and manage training processes to ensure efficiency and quality of delivery operations.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a positive learning experience.

• Provide operational support to customers and contribute to achieving overall training and business objectives.

II. Job Requirements

Language Requirements

• Native French and Arabic

• Fluent in English

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Marketing, Project Management, Human Resources, or related fields

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good teamwork and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work with different levels of internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of communication network solutions

• Knowledge of learning principles and capability development

• Understanding of project management and process development

• Ability to design and manage training delivery solutions

Experience

• Approximately 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry or project management (preferred)
