Quality Engineer Telecom

Quality Engineer main job is to make sure that product and service are delivered to customer according

to his standard and expectations through inspecting and monitoring, detect defects and develop

solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Inspecting installations and delivery process

- Issue analysis and develop solution

- Training awareness to suppliers and project teams

- Progress reporting for performance and efficiency

- Support Project field work monitoring, ensure the improvement of working conditions and respect

for EHS.

- Support in the planning and the execution of quality audits and self-assessments.

- Proactively identify, address, and report quality issues, collaborating with stakeholders for

resolution.

- Work closely with engineering, production, and compliance teams to drive continuous

improvement.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of telecom networks (2G/3G/4G TDD/FDD ).

Good communication and reporting skills,

Ability to work in all regions

Additional:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance/engineering in the telecom company.

- Experience with design and implementation of efficient operational processes for service/resource

performance and quality management.
