Service Delivery Project Manager

Act as the primary owner of the project, take responsibility for project deployment, implementation, acceptance, communication with customers, and achieve project objectives through resource integration and internal and external communication.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the delivery of wireless, microwave, and network projects, and strictly implement the basic principle of "delivering by contract and executing on budget".

2. Be result-oriented and take responsibility for the project scope, progress, cost, delivery quality, and project operation results.

3. Focus on the requirements of customers and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Improve customer satisfaction through value presentation.

4. Be responsible for project compliance operations and ensure that project delivery complies with corporate management regulations and regulations.

5. Identify and control major issues and risks of the project, escalate issues and risks beyond the control scope of the project team in a timely manner, and manage them in a closed-loop manner.

6. Lead by example and build a high-performance team.

Service skill requirements:

1. Have experience in project delivery management and have a sense of operation management.

2. Strong promotion skills, strong communication skills, and good teamwork and organization and coordination skills;

3. Team or project management experience is preferred

Professional knowledge requirements:

1. Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge of the telecom industry.

2. Be familiar with the integrated delivery mode of telecom projects, and have knowledge of contract, subcontracting, procurement, and commercial affairs.
