Logistics manager

Particular combination of skills

1. Have at least 5 years of logistics management experience and be familiar with the logistics development trend of the industry.
2. Have a good command of the knowledge and methods of logistics domains, including LSP management, warehousing management, logistics process/engineering, logistics technology equipment, transportation management, reverse management, and logistics cost and quality management, logistics IT system;
3. Have a good command of warehouse network layout design methods, logistics risk and internal control management methods, and cost analysis methods. Be proficient in using logistics systems and tools.
4. Have good working communication, logical thinking, coordination, and analysis skills, work carefully, and have a strong sense of responsibility；
5. Speak English fluently, can work under big pressure;

Duties and responsibilities

1. Logistics team and business management, include warehouse, transportation, E2E inventory management, logistics cost management, LSP management;
2. Build logistics process and regulations;
3. Be responsible for logistics solutions;
4. Be responsible for logistics KPIs (include SLA, security, CIAG, cost, etc);
5. Keep communications with project team and customer to make plan in advance to make sure stable delivery;
