L2 NOC Back Office HCS ROMA

Position Responsibilities :

1. Inspects ROMA Connect, OneAccess, DCS, and AOM, handles alarms, and handles routine and difficult issues.

2. Be able to distinguish consultation problems from service faults and be familiar with the problem escalation process.

3. Be able to develop scripts.

Personnel Qualification Requirements :

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

2.Work experience:

1.More than 3 years of experience in Cloud computing delivery or O&M；

Personnal Skill Requirements :

1. Be familiar with common Linux commands and be proficient in using one or more script languages, such as shell, Python, golang, and Java.

2. Be familiar with mainstream containerization technologies such as Docker and master common Docker commands.

3. Have basic IT capabilities such as operating systems, databases, networks, server hardware, and web containers.

4. Be familiar with at least two technologies, such as Redis, Memcache, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL, LVS, Keepalive, and Nginx.

5. Have a basic command of container K8S principles and related technologies, microservice structure and principles, and common framework springboot.

6. Bonus points for understanding system availability, high-reliability structure, distributed system, active-active disaster recovery, and backup and recovery.

7. Be familiar with mainstream cloud services. (PaaS services such as IAM, CCE, AOS, SWR, AOM, DMS, CSE, and Serce Stage) The functions, deployment structure, and O&M of the can independently handle customer problems, upgrade deployment, and emergency recovery.
