Responsibility Description :
1. Formulate localized market strategies for storage products, and plan expansion strategies for storage solutions based on Algeria's IT market requirements and market competition.
2. Take the lead in collecting and analyzing customer requirements for storage products, cooperate with the pre-sales team to design customized solutions, participate in technical solution review, and ensure the feasibility and competitiveness of the solutions.
3. Maintain long-term cooperation relationships with key customers, manage local channel partners, and optimize channel cooperation models.
4. Work closely with internal teams to facilitate resource coordination and issue resolution.
Professional Knowledge :
Storage technology knowledge:
Proficient in storage architecture and protocols (such as iSCSI, FC, and NFS), backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions (such as data archiving and RPO/RTO setting).
Familiar with hybrid cloud storage, object storage (such as S3 compatible protocol), and emerging technologies (such as NVMe-oF and all-flash arrays).
Solution Capabilities:
Be able to develop end-to-end storage solutions based on customer requirements, including capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost accounting.
Master AIOps tools (such as automatic performance diagnosis and log analysis) to improve O&M efficiency.
Business Skills :
Market analysis:
Be familiar with the current situation of IT infrastructure construction in Algeria and be able to identify incremental opportunities in the storage market.
Independently complete competitive product analysis. (e.g., technical gaps between local vendors and international brands, pricing strategies) to develop differentiated strategies.
Sales support:
Have pre-sales technical support capabilities. Be able to participate in technical communication with customers, solution demonstration, and bidding document preparation.
Be familiar with channel management, be able to coordinate resources of agents and partners, and promote the construction of localized sales networks
Other Requirements :
Participate in storage system deployment projects (such as enterprise-level NAS/SAN and cloud storage solutions), or have experience in implementing storage solutions for large enterprises or carriers.
Have the practical capabilities of cross-department collaboration and customer requirement analysis.
