Particular combination of skills

- 3 years and above telecom experience

1. Responsible for Core network(IMS/NFV) product IMS/SBC(VoBB&VoLTE) and IMS(VoBB&VoLTE) core delivery: Network Design, Hardware Installation, Integration, Commissioning, Acceptance test, Migration and so on

2. Have good communication and teamwork skills and team-leading experience

3. Experience in technical delivery of Huawei products, including but not limited to core network, IP, and wireless

4. Be familiar with ITR and SD processes

5. Be familiar with risk, EOS, rectification，precaution management

Duties and responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Handles technical issues during network maintenance, including accident recovery, technical issue handling, and customer-sensitive issue management, and ensures the achievement of SLA/KPI targets specified in the contract.
• Technical issue management: Promote the ETAC/GTAC/local team to quickly locate and resolve issues internally, maintain the regular communication mechanism with the customer's technical team, and promptly report the root cause analysis of major faults, technical capability improvement solutions, and technical improvement suggestions (such as architecture, capacity, performance, and lifecycle).
• Risk prevention: Identify and track network risks and perform proactive maintenance to ensure that technical resources are capable of quickly recovering from accidents, including emergency plan preparation and drill, DR switchover test, key NE data backup, remote access, network topology update, and network inventory update.
• Change management: Implement operation trustworthiness requirements such as "three approvals", "authorization compliance", " customer network data and account disposal compliance", and "personnel qualification" during network maintenance to ensure trustworthiness and success of network changes.
