[Duties]
- As the HR strategic partner of business departments, fully understand business strategic requirements and develop HR strategies such as organization/talent/incentive/climate of the department.
- Proactively identify the department's requirements and pain points in the HR domain, provide professional HR solutions and drive the implementation, and support the achievement of the department's business objectives.
- Effective operation of HR modules (Recruitment/L&D/Performance/People-Job/C Q/Incentives, etc.) Implement HR projects/processes.
- Correctly understand corporate HR policies and enable managers and employees to improve their team management capabilities.
- Effectively pass on the company's core values and organizational culture, and build a high-performing organizational climate that is aggressive and proactive.
- Have a proficient command of the basic theory and practice of one or two HR modules. (e.g. talent supply, performance management, learning and development, people-job matching, incentives, and employee relationship) and can be applied to work.
Service skill requirements :
- Have clear thinking, be good at grasping major aspects of problems, and have strong communication and promotion capabilities.
- Have experience in managing personnel communication in complex scenarios or are interested in long-term development in the HR domain.
Professional knowledge requirements :
- Learn the MOOC of HR Enablement and pass the exam. Other requirements:
