Fleet / Vehicle Manager:

**Experience:**more than 10 years of vehicle management experience,manage more than 20 cars

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the daily operations of vehicle services: Routinely carry out daily vehicle service tasks, including accepting vehicle service requests, designing service solutions, and providing service resources.

2. Responsible for the management of vehicle entry and exit: Routinely conduct inspections for newly leased vehicles, resource listing, handover of returned vehicles, routine reviews of vehicle safety baselines, and manage and record any abnormal vehicle services to ensure that the vehicle resource records match the actual situation.

3. Responsible for the safety management of vehicles: By managing the safety of vehicle equipment, reviewing driver qualifications, and monitoring and regularly assessing driving behaviour, organise and implement safety training programs, and formulate emergency response plans for traffic accidents to ensure the safe operation of vehicles.

4. Responsible for the management of vehicle suppliers: By setting SLAs, KPIs, and incentive mechanisms for suppliers, regularly review and correct supplier service indicators, and implement evaluation and incentive measures to promote continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency of local vehicle suppliers.

Driver management: training, and managing drivers, including scheduling their shifts and allocating vehicles.

Compliance: Ensuring the fleet adheres to all regulations, such as those related to safety, insurance.

Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records for all vehicles, including maintenance history, insurance, and usage.

Skills and qualifications:

· Organisational and planning skills: Essential for managing schedules, maintenance, and logistics.

· Communication skills: Needed for interacting with drivers, other departments, and management.

· Problem-solving abilities: Crucial for addressing unexpected issues like breakdowns or accidents.

· Data analysis: Ability to analyse fleet data to make informed decisions about performance and cost.

Education:

Bachelor degree.

Master degree.

Or official degree, or certification in the domain.
